On water about 4:15 with wind onshore and just about planing ended up walking a few groynes back. Wind picked up a bit before 5pm so tried again and wind continued to increase. Squiz and Dave C turned up and sailed to 6:15 when Andy Marsh came along. Wind decreased a bit as I left and still OK.
Fell in near river and got washed into river mush where could not lift blimping cambered sail until washed out again. Interesting to sail old style board again: smooth and easy to ride and harder to turn and feels like it has a limit. Was going to get 118 semi-slalom to compare but needed to get home. Bummer I lost GPS watch in river.Best powered up sail for a whilebut still 8.5m weather. Nicish sea.
